Seed Saving Question

I am saving seed from a Spudakee tom. The seeds all appear to be floating on top. Should I add more water? The solution seems somewhat thick? Will the seeds drop when the gel sac breaks down?

If that hasn't reached the "white mold on top stage", then don't do anything...just let them sit.
