Default What to do with this

I have made three distinct bowls of tomato sauce. As
you can see from the attached picture that I have yellow,
orange, and red sauce.
So, what should I do with these? The red is going to be
used for basic pasta sauce, but the orange and yellow seem
too cool looking for something that simple.

Any ideas?

Never really thought about separating the colors like that. Neat.

I should try the same.

We've done that with salsa and used color coding. Salsa from green when ripes signify "go" - mild. Yellow - "caution" - somewhat hot. Red - "Warning"! Toss in the habs!

You could make gezpacho (not sure if I spelled that correctly) and if you pour each color carefully at the same time you have a bowl with half yellow and half orange or 1/3 red, 1/3 orange, 1/3 yellow. You would need to pour slowly and carefully and with 3 colors, you would need an extra set of hands. It looks cool...something great for a dinner party.

Kind of like the old "Jello 1-2-3"!

Get a contrasting color of cherry-type pepper, like red for the yellow sauce, or yellow for the orange sauce, put a dab of your favorite cheese with some garlic or onion in the bottom, put in a spoonful of the tomato sauce, top with a dash of shredded fresh basil, and either nuke it or grill it.

on, nom, nom!

Or go Mexican with it, and put a bit of refried beans seasoned with cumin with the cheese in the bottom, and use cilantro or Mexican oregano instead of basil.
