My first ripe Captain Lucky - picked today
Looking good! Not quite sure how to tell when this one is ripe, but it's definitely on the way.

Looking good! Captain Lucky has been my best tasting fresh eating tomato so far this season, plus, it's so darn pretty when you slice it open.

By the way, a plug for Artisan Seeds, where I bought these from. They germinated well and have produced a nice strong plant. Going to slice this one today and see how ripe it is. Several other big ones coming behind it.
