I tend to spray as much as I feel is required to keep those worms sickly. What that boils down to is once on the first sunny day after any kind of rain. Otherwise, once every week or two. You give the worms enough leaves to chew on, and they'll become infected sooner or later. Problem is the damage is done by then. That's how it works, so chalk it off to the joys of being fully "organic."

z willus d this seems to be the opposite of what I have read. What I have read is to spray the fungicide before the rain with with something to hold it onto the plant for awhile.
How does the after rain work for you?

John, my response was referring to the spraying of BT, a bacterial solution for controlling various worm pests. I'm not as sure about the best application for fungicide with rain.

Can you mix Actinovate and Serenade as foliar spray to do a 2 in 1 job?Would you add molasses or other spreader sticker.
Hot and humid South Carolina; today 96% humid and 97 dgs. constant fight to keep tomatoes healthy.Any other info. on fighting disease would be appreciated.
Have you seen a weakly rotation schedule of foliar sprays to fight disease suggested here??
Thanks for any info.
