Knock on wood, but we don't seem to have tomato hornworms here. But when I sprinkle Dipel dust on my delphiniums, I coat them fairly well. They aren't completely coated, but I try to get at least some on all surfaces as well as the ground around them. I only have to apply it once on the delphs. Good luck!

This is the only year I've ever had, but with the amount of damage rabbits have caused to my garden I feel your pain. In the end tomatoes, peppers, onions, and mustard are the only things I'm going to end up with! No cucumbers, pumpkins, watermelons, peas, beans, winter squash, summer squash, carrots, lettuce, spinach, artichokes, or broccoli.

It is pretty amazing how heart breaking it can be to find out something else has eaten all your hard work. Channel your inner Elmer Fudd and take care of business! Good luck with the rest of your growing season.
