Default Dwarf Stone X San Marzano

These are at the f2 generation. I though I had 4 dwarfs (and they are quite dwarf), but I suspect plant #3 may not be a dwarf. Plan to backcross these with a San Marzano as a pollen parent:

Plant 3 (it is a little taller and not as rugose):

I'll post some pictures shortly. Was unable to successfully backcross. The 3 'true' dwarves are *very* dwarf (Shorter than Tasmanian Chocolate or Perth Pride).

Nice venture!

I hope those posts are strong enough to support those monsters.

Looking forward to pics. Any oblong/long-shaped ones? (about 1/4 should not be round I think?)

It is nice to see some one use Dwarf Stone in a cross as I think it is has great tomato flavour! Keep us posted on the development of your venture.
