Costco has the 48 X 72 X 18 inch metal racks with castors on sale with $14.99 instore coupon this month. Comes down to $74.99 in my area. Expires Jan 23. Can be used for seed starting with lights hanging down or household use by "normal" people. Appears much stronger than the Lowe's version.

I buy from him every year and just received my fat envelope of seeds from him yesterday. Price per packet is $1.49 - $1.79, you get ample seeds (40-75 seeds in most tomato varieties) plus he has other veggies too. He gets your order out in the mail within one day of placing your order.

Lots to look at. Many hybrids that commercial growers and repackaging companies use. One of their hybrid block peppers is bacterial speck resistant, but you have to buy hundreds of seeds. Eerh!
