When i start looking tomorrow, i'll cull. Anything looking like that i'll burn. I have plenty. Maybe too
late? , but not worth the stress.
Going in a pot just isolate but that really does not help the potential contamination air-borne.

Both did OK, being repotted above the unhealty stem.

To me it didn't look like damping off, but I don't know what it was.I didn't see any rotting.

Invest in some gnatrol, use a pinch in your potting up process, you will not have fungus gnat problems. It's a strain of BT, harmless to plants bees, us, animals, but deadly to fungus gnat larvae.
