Default uncle steve beans in the south west perhaps

my sons girl friends mother has expressed an interest in growing my uncle steve italian pole beans. they live in scottsdale arizona. it gets pretty hot down there right?
for those of you who live in that type of climate, when would be the best time to
start a 75 day pole bean and get a decent crop. early spring vs late summer or early
fall. having grown uncle steve for decades, i know that once the temps hit 90 degrees
for a prolonged period, production goes way down. thats in detroit. the U.P. doesn't
have a prolonged 90 degree period.
any helpful advice will be passed on.
