Kurt, I wish I could talk about the Composting Methods I learned as a Child. I could not wait for the summer times, living in New Jersey. Just to help my Aunt Annie "A Cherokee Native" work on her Conpost Field, Amen!!

That was an interesting read...thank you for posting the link.

A fellow gardener at my community garden who grew up in Italy in a little village, shared with me that the villagers would empty their outhouse pits into the shared field and that was part of the fertilization of their crops.

Using "Process Cow Manure" works great these days to keep your Farms and Gardens Sanitized. Many people did not know "Manure" had to sit out in the Sun for 1 year which is why Native Americans rotated the Growing Fields.

Setting your throw-away fruits & vegetables, soft tree limbs, Falling leaves from trees, and old grass cutting with "Process Cow Mature" is an instantly "SaFe" way to use Organic Gardening Methods.

I see why you continue to grow Sunflowers, the sunflower seeds are considered a superfood because they are high in nutrients and antioxidants. So why you are not putting more Sunflowers in our everyday meal and meat dishes because of the plant protein they produce are healthy fats, fiber, vitamins E-B1-B6-A-D, with a lot minerals like iron to help with memory. The copper and selenium is very needed for us hard working farmers, and Gardeners. Yes, for us females we really need the manganese, zinc, potassium and the High Fiber, Amen!!!

I planting them this week, Amen!!
