Big Pinks, Large Yellow Reds(both from my seed from six or eight yrs saving), Cherokee Purple and Sun Sugar. Gonna have about 72 plants total. Most in my side yard and a few in large totes. Cant wait.

Behind the window are growing seedlings of varieties of determinant tomatoes for hotbeds (among them about 8 varieties from Tormato from MMMM 2018)
As for the other vegetables I will grow as usual: kohlrabi, early salads, radishes, peas, potatoes (also from TPS sent by Rajun Gardner- thanks), a lot of aubergines and ochers (thanks for Brynn- MdTNGrdner seeds), bush beans, Hungarian Lima and mainly the Greek Gigantes (Fazoleus coccineus). I hope I didn't forget anything.
At the moment, my wife and I are not having a nice Christmas time. On Saturday I buried our beloved Tess (my avatar) in the garden and now I sit here and when I remember her I cry.
Because I have found many good and selfless friends on Tomatoville and I don't know who will be where also in the future, I stay on both Tomataoville.com and Tomato★★★★★★★★.com. I think it will be possible in the future.

From Carolyn's Last Seed Offer put on by #FarmerShawn in the Available for Trade sub-forum. I haven't grown this variety out before, so as part of my "honoring Dr. Carolyn Male" tomato garden this year, I wanted to grow out some from her that I've received over the years, as well as a few new ones.

After a few years of not doing much in the garden (mainly due to health issues, but for other reasons as well), I've decided to give it another go for 2020. Just using seeds I already have on hand and trying to keep the number down to 12.

After a couple tough years, I'm attempting to start from seed again. (The last two years I just ended up growing store-bought varieties, which isn't nearly as satisfying.) Here's what my list looks like:

I haven't been around since 2011; long story.
So far, my list is:
Heshpole
A variety I call Ted Steak... it's about f12 selection from Better Boy.
A variety I call Ted Globe. Same as above, but out of Big Boy.

Both are pink.

If I get any Djena Lee to germinate. My seed is 2004 and 2007.
If I can get any Faribo Gold. Seed 2004.
Mingold has germinated two from 2005 seed.
Kotlas has been in my garden since Johnny's renamed it from Sprint about 1995. I got 50% germination from 2009 seed!

Martin's super Roma (Paquebot) left me with one plant that resembles striped Roma in 2009. I have two up from that seed saving.

Also from him is Chet's Italian black...a large striped cherry.

In a few days, I plan to start Mountain Magic Hybrid (Campari tomatoes)

My sowinglist is also ready and sown, only 8 were not germinating.I resowed yesterday and hope they now will, some of the sorts only 1 were germinating.and a lot were only 2 germinating but that's fine.I sow 4 seeds of each (if I have 4) and keeps one plant for myself, the rest is given to family and friends and the rest is sold at markets or at the roadside.
