Wouldn't a baby choke on cherry tomatoes? I'd cut the tomatoes up.

She doesn't have any issues choking on anything soft like tomatoes, and is very good about taking small bites and chewing. I also watch her very closely when she is eating anything. I'm much more worried about non food objects.

Shes a funny girl. I was eating a sandwich last week, dropped a piece of onion on my plate. She grabbed it up, I'm thinking ok I'll let her try she will spit it right out. Nope, she ate it with a smile.

My son always loved any kind of fruit or vegetable. Cooked, raw, didn't matter.

When he was young, we would go to Wendy's and order a grilled chicken salad and a burger. He would eat the salad and I would eat the burger.

I found it odd that people would just stare at us like we were aliens. Does no one else feed their children salads?

Same thing would happen when we went to seafood or sushi restaurants. Dear son would be slurping down steamed oysters or crawfish or raw tuna(complete with wasabi) and people would just stare.

We did meet a lot of interesting people that way, though. They would come up out of the blue just to talk to him. (he was really verbal from a very young age) It was a bit bizarre, but a lot of fun.

Looks like you have a charmer on your hands, too!

My parents raised the three of us children vegetarians, I'm the only one of the kids that still is though. I'm used to the looks haha.
