I know where the Ginger part comes from, but when I think of Ginger - it doesn't make me think of the taste described above ^

Just thinking outside the box - is the color close to this in the picture? If so, that is Walnut.
Robert, not really. I gave photo links a few posts ago.

Now that I seee the picture ....

Super Chocolate stripe
Sweet striped chocolate

photo on my screen looks rose colored rather than chocolate----hesitate to say i first thought " preppie" , that classic pink and green combo in a tomato....

Marsha's Super Preppie

LOL

Dang I would buy it too but bags with labels already sent for 13-14 varieties. THese look lovely.

I do think " preppie " when I look at the photo. The chocolate stripes doesnt have the same effect on my brain. The latter is blotchier, not striped.

Striped Chocolate Profusion or Martha's Striped Chocolate. I love the Ginger names but maybe save them for something that matches in color or spice.

ahhhh... you're killin me with all those amazing tomatoes
The splashy stripes on those NCS are like a jungle to me.. not walnut but mahogany brown. So I guess I would call it Mahogany Jungle.

That's because I'm thinking of you in the tropics and rolling in tomatoes... it seems so far away from february among the spruces.
