Christmas cards
A FWIW suggestion.........
I just finished my Christmas cards for this year. I did something a little different. I included 4 packets of seeds 2 each (Sudduth, Kosovo, Marianna's Peace and Green Cherokee) along with a letter telling them how to start the seedlings in a styro cup, planting out, flicking blossums, etc. If they are not interested, I urge them to pass them on to friends or relatives that garden. Hopefully, I will get some feedback and will post it on this thread. Last edited by Alpinejs; December 3, 2011 at 11:36 PM. |

Yes, a Christmas Card is an ideal way to spread some 'generosity' around.

I have made my own cards off and on throughout the years.
I start with a pulp...and press out the water on a screen. I often add small seeds to the pulp as well as dried leaves and flower petals. They can plant the card, when the growing season begins and the seeds will germinate. |
