Thank you so much! This is fantastic. I shall print this out and read it again thoroughly. This really made my day. It'll also help us decide what to do next.

What an amazing forum this is. Thank you so much for this advice, Dice!

Just checked out your blog, Spatz.

You've been busy. Peas and berries look great. Interesting other stuff.

Hope you get some rain.

At least until now, you guys haven't posted anything that puts me deep-deep down into the mullygrubs of depression that only July can heal. But I know it's coming. :-)

You are right, Earl. It's like a bit of stray overhead fire. There's a way to go yet.
Manto, make a BLT for me too.

Great snack you've got there Mantis.

I'm not sure I'll get mine on the bread.

This is a Black from Tula - whole 6 of them fused as one, currently at the 6 inch mark but nowhere near ripe yet.

Thanks Tessa,

It's so humid here I am kind of expecting it to all come crashing down.

Meantime, I'm enjoying the spoils. We had pizzas for dinner with a good whack of the pickled veggies and they were great.
