Foliage pro and vinegar?

So I was googling on how often i should use foliage pro and this came up. Whats the deal with the vinegar? And how often would yall recommend ferting with FP using taplas 5-1-1.

With tapla's 5-1-1 you should only use synthetic fertilizer, as there is no micro herd in it.
