Default no blossoms

So the Milan Plum, Cherokee Purple, San Marzano, Texas Wild Cherry all have blossoms and fruit but the Rio Grande do not have any fruit or blossoms. The plants all look healthy and nice and green healthy leaves but no blossoms at all, They all coexist in the same raised bed so Im at a loss what it could be. Is this a late blossoming plant?

Last year I planted one Rio Grande and got no more than 5 tomatoes. I was so disappointed.

I grew it a couple of years ago in a five gallon plastic grow bag. According to my notes, I harvested over 50 tomatoes from that one plant.

I can't tell you if it's a late blooming variety since I've never grown it, but Tania says

Midseason, and I don 't have time to check my 2016 SSE yearbook for other reports, but if it NEVER forms blossoms, please consider that it might be what I call a mule plant, that is a mutation has happened such that no blossoms can form.

Many years ago I was growing three plants of Lemmony, also called Limmony,

And two of the plants were vigorous and set fruits well, but the third one had no blossoms at all.

In the growing fields of my farmer friend Charlie where he was growing hybrids one could spot the mule plants at a distance since they were much larger than the others of the same kind, and had no blossoms.

I did not find it to be late blooming, so maybe it is a mule as Carolyn suggests.
