Pomodoro Lungo San Marzano

My dad just gave me the packet of these seeds that he picked up in Italy a couple of years ago. I did some googling and found references to San Marzano Lungo 2 and San Marzano Lungo F1. The tomatobase has a page for San Marzano Lungo with just a couple of photos, but no other information and no current seed sources.

If anyone has grown them, I'm interested in knowing if there are any real differences between these and any of the other San Marzanos? The Blumen web site says they grow to 10 cm, so they sound close to your run of the mill San Marzano size. The packet, as far as I can tell, doesn't have anything on it that might imply these are hybrids. Would love any info anyone can share.
