Hello Ed,
Your dried Black cherry like me very. My son bought a dehydrator, and I shall dry Black cherry too. I dried San Marzano tomatoes (Gigante, Scatolone,SM3, nano) last year. I dried them on the sun and than in electric oven (pictures).
