Big Beef is not a Burpee product. It is sold by others like Ferry Morse, Ed Hume.

Big Beef was bred at Seminis/PetoSeed (now owned by Monsanto) by Colen Wyatt.

I bought a Ferry~Morse pack of Big Boy this year. They're always here in spring/summer at the local Walmart.
