$70 For 8lbs??
Diamond Organic Catalog, we just got in the mail has 70 dollars for 8lbs. They list Green Zebra as an heirloom? Someone correct me but I do not think that is an heirloom? I gave away a ton of money lol

They list Green Zebra as an heirloom?
I call it a "created" heirloom and Tom Wagner, who bred it feels that any variety that is treasured should be called an heirloom. I just did a long post elsewhere about the various definitions of what an heirloom is, and could cut and paste it here if you wish. Cutting to the chase, there is no ONE definition, other than they must be OP, and folks have different opinions, as do I, and I outlined my definitions in my book for the four classes of heirlooms that I feel comfortable recognizing.

Rena, you reckon Diamond Organic Catalog would buy my extras for half that? They probably sell to all the "stars" on Food Network. :-)
