Delighted to see 1884 in your line-up. I have been sitting on seeds for that variety and it’s purple sibling for a while and haven’t gotten around to planting. Do tell us how the flavor and texture are.

Is midnight sun in your garden this season?
all I can say is 1884 tastes great! Yes midnight sun is in my garden.

Hey Daphne! You are back in tomato land?
I read a lot about your tomato adventures on Moestuinforum.

What color is the flesh? Did you buy slips or create your own?

Yes! I am!

Flesh is deep purple. They are purple because of anthocyanin.
I bought a large purple sweet potato at the oriental grocery, and made my own. It's the gift that keeps on giving. By far the best flavor and texture of any sweet potato I have tried.
