Amurskiy Shtamb-dwarf paste from Andrey
Andrey sent it to me. I grew this in the greenhouse this past winter and it did well. Here is a photo of it today. There are 4 plants in a 15 gallon grow bag. It has set fruit. Its short, 14 inches tall today. I don't think its going to be a whole lot taller. Its not as tall as the plant I grew in the greenhouse in the winter. All my plants are shorter this summer, because I have really held back on the nitrogen. Its rl. I am hoping this is the paste that is dwarfish, produces a lot of good fruit for sauce and salsa that I have been looking for.

Michael, fruit size and production will be of particular interest. Ami

I watch with interest Michael. A good dwarf saucer would be an excellent addition to the garden.

I will keep this thread updated to answer our questions-especially about fruit size, production and taste.

I just counted the fruit that has set and the blossoms. There are about 25 fruit set, and at least another 25 blossoms.
