I love Alstroemerias because they remind me of Florida so much.

Marina,
You can plant them out and they should bloom for you, even in your climate. In the winter you will probably want to dig the "bulbs" and store them in a cool spot indoors. I sent my mother (in Montana) some roots last year and they did great. She mulched them heavily before the ground froze and they survived a Montana winter! Although, they are not supposed to survive in her climate. Steve |
