You can also try coriander or caraway seeds in place of the dill seeds. BTW I put the dill heads in not the feathery leaves. Otherwise the leaves get too mushy.

Excellent! Thanks Zana. My cilantro went to seed so I do have a lot of coriander seed.

Just remember you can adjust the flavor to your liking before you pickle them.
add or remove sugar to your taste.

I used my own and I have no idea how or what it was.

I think I used straight 5% vinegar cloves and enough sugar to make me like it.
Oh yes pickling spice to taste.
Brought to a boil put in jars and hot water bath for about ten to fifteen minutes.

Still good after years.

Yeah prep is really all the same, got that down. Do you mean clove or garlic cloves?

I use both Garlic Cloves and Cloves separately or together in pickling. But can't speak for Worth.
