Default Nutrient Deficiency?

My tomatoes are potted up. Some of them will go to a church fundraiser next weekend. Unlike last year, this year they are only about 3 inches tall right now and stems and leaves are slightly yellow, not the green I am used to seeing. I have been fertilizing with Fox Farms Grow Big (6-4-4). I have been working at hardening them off, but the weather has mostly been in the 50s. What can I do to get the plants healthier looking in 1 weeks time?

Default SPRAY

Spray leaves with a weak (1/4 tsp Miracle Grow)-- do it ASAP as it takes about a week to take effect. Spray them in the morning and keep out of direct sunlight for 24 hrs.
