Gary, sending you a PM. I'd like to join the Nifty 50, but I'm not sure which variety would be the best fit for this category. I'll send you a list of suggestions.

Ok this is a big joke? Right?
I retract all offers, due to lack of response...
Funny stuff...
I guess I lack membership in the "pepper trading club"!
Anyone interested in seeds of peppers I'm growing, PM me.

I think on page two, Tormato answered you, plus there is more information there, too. His PM box gets loaded up and he is only on Tomatoville on an irregular basis.

I'm sorry you are feeling ignored, but the tomato and the pepper swap are pretty open to all.

The subject of this thread is the Nifty 50, which is a swap of tomato seeds only. I think you have the wrong thread.

Whatever, read the whole thread...
I'm new to this,mmmm.
I've pm'd enough, just asking a couple questions never ever got a response.
If I'm a waste of your time, your a waste of mine...

I'm sorry I stand to be corrected... I thought this was the pepper nifty 50. Apologize!

Hi pmcgrady,
The 2017 MMMM swap is just getting underway and the information for this years swap will be posted HERE http://www.tomatoville.com/showthread.php?t=45510

I am sorry for any confusion that you are experiencing. Gary is not online often. He will be addressing all of your questions in the next few weeks.

The Nifty Fifties is a new aspect of the swap. Untried and unknown.

Most people are interested in joining the main swap. There is a section for just trading your peppers and I am sure you will find many many people that will enjoy trading them with you.

If you look up the 2016 MMMM, you will get a better idea of what the swap is about. Most seeds do not need to be sent in until early October, so there is plenty of time to work things out.

Do not despair, your participation will be most welcome!

And sorry for the tone of my reply. There seems to be confusion on everyone's part.

pmcgrady, I'm confused about the nifty 50 thing too.

Today - now yesterday, my seeds are floating. I'll have to do a germination test before I know if I can send in seeds or not. I've been joining in on the MMMM for three years now. I do enjoy it a lot. Last year, I sent in almost $8 in postage worth of seeds = thousands.

Try not to let it frustrate you. The MMMM thing is really cool.

Patrick,

I re-read a PM of yours that I found. I PM'd back a fairly long response (about WBF tomatoes). But...as I sometimes do, the longer the response is, the more I forget to hit the send button.

I'll try again when I have time, and look for other PM's. I hope you have patience, as we all still have several months before things really start happening with the swap.

Wow first response ever! I appreciate that. I am sincere and hope
You are also.
I've got some good seeds, willing to share... been here long enough to deserve a little respect, as do you!

After Labor Day I'll work on an update of what categories (plenty) of the Nifty Fifty are still available.
