I really like County Fair or Cool Breeze for refrigerator pickles but make them with Diva and Poona Kheera as well

I noticed my first small cucumber about 2 inches long on one of my Poona Kheera plants. Just in time since lettuce is now all bolting and most of my cabbage are also used up so I am looking forward to a cucumber and onion salad soon.

Has anyone grown Parisian Pickling cuke?

I plan to grow:

National Pickling
Diva
Parisian Pickling (maybe)

I grew Marketmore and Lemon Cuke last year and wasn't terribly impressed.

I grew National pickling last year and it was one of the best varieties I've ever grown. Maybe only five plants and got more pickles than I ever did before.

Last year, I grew Vertina from Johnny's Seeds and Diva. Only 2 plants from Diva was enough to keep me in fresh eaters until September, and that was after I transplanted them from pots in my winter greenhouse! However, when I tried them again this past fall for growing under glass, they were bitter. I'm sticking with Vertina again, but this time I'm trying Tasty Jade for fresh eating.

I've had good results with iznik (perfect for snacking), diva, sweet success, and poona kheera which was extremely productive for me. I tried the parisian (cornichon) cukes last year but it was not a good year for cukes altogether around here with the drought so I won't know how they are til this year but I think they are worth a shot as I want some tiny baby pickles this year. forgot to add that little leaf is also a good pickler.

I grew National Pickling last year and it was ok, I liked Homemade Pickles better but the yeild was not that good.

For me this year its two cukes, Diva and Rocky Hybrid. Both are very good tasting.

I had good luck last year with PK in a marginal location about three feet from a tree. I grew them up a trellis.

Bibgbubbacain, I use to grow Tasty Jade, very good. I like the
asian ones a lot. Always trying new ones. Last year was Suyo
Long, and Poohna Kheera. Suyo Long was my favorite. For
2011 it will be Suyo Long, Diva (trying for first time this year),
and Yamato (SESE describes this one as superior to Suyo Long).

Last year I tried Dragon's Egg and they were very productive for an heirloom. This year I am growing Diva and Diamante and they are both doing Very well. I think this is Diva.

support for the cucumber? I was thinking I may try that with one of

They are in an Earthbox. I made an "arbor" for them to climb on. It is about 4 ft high and then I am training them to go horizontal over the top.
