Usually just 1, a few will have 2. There are 101 varieties but I might not be done yet.

This is The List I wait for yearly to plan my own next year
Very excited to hear your opinions on some of the newer ones Marsha.

Is the Everetts Rusty Heart on this list the "real" one or is it the Gail X if I recall you grew last time? Forgive me if I got the facts all wrong about the Gail X, I might've read too many posts and got them mixed up. I grew ERH this year, but most were round, sort of squat almost, and looked very different from online pics of ERH, which were pointy and really rusty colored inside. However, whatever it is that I got from you, is my new must-grow tomato from now on! It is the most prolific tomato ever, and I am growing 1 each in 2 different gardens and both are pumping out toms like Wow! The 3rd one is in a container and not doing as well, it is a large plant so it needs room for sure. At first, the flavor was like Meh, watery and bland. I stopped watering it and now they are so sweet and delicious. Very vigorous and resistant to spider mites, compared to other tomatoes that bit the dust around it. Thanks Marsha!
