Jimbo I have no idea what he was talking about with the citrus at 5% none what so ever.
I liked the video though as it was not nerve racking.

Still seems like a long time to make sauce but he did a good job and the sauce was good.
He also had good canning practices.

If you guys notice in the video he took the video and then put voice over in it.
this allowed him to say what he wanted to say without making mistakes.
You can do video with all sorts of noise going on in the back ground and later take that sound out.
