Here are 3 of the 4 Cherokee Bi-Color variations I had:

Yellow/Red Bi-Color:

Here's the one that can be green/orange, or orange/red. NOTE: THESE 2 PICS BELOW ARE THE EXACT SAME TOMATO.

Very interesting Mark. Which variation tasted the best?

My bicolor sort of reminded me of what the interior of BTD can look like. It was really almost a tricolor - green, faint gold (kind of like a golden delicious apple), and this bright pink. The one pictured was dead ripe when I sliced it and very soft. It sat on the counter for quite a while before I cut into it, so I don't think it would have gotten any darker. It started out green, went green and golden, then eventually I started to see that red blush on the exterior.

Marizol Korney - which one of mine is correct? I'm growing the larger one out this spring, which was a little larger than a tennis ball, I believe. I did see some faint speckling on both.

I don't think I can tell you which was the best, they all tasted great to me but all slightly different. I think if I had to go with just one it would be maybe the bi-color in the middle.

The Marizol Korney I would say the bigger one. Mine were always at least the size of EPB or larger.

I grew Marizol Korney, SunPlum PL, and Cherokee Bi-Color for spring crop.

Marizol Korney was great, just as it was last fall. Extremely productive and sets well in the heat. Two plants produced more fruits than I knew what to do with. Coming back yet again for '08 fall crop.

SunPlum PL also gave me the same results as it did last fall. Productive, very good flavored red/red-orange fruits, similar in shape to Jaune Flammee, but a little smaller. Plants are what I consider to be a bit on the compact side (for my growing conditions), around 5' tall max.

CBC did not do as well. Problems with seedlings, one puny one got planted a little late and only set a couple of brown fruit with so-so taste.

Great to see Marizol Korney the way she should be, I forgot to grow it! It's always really productive for me & tastes great too.

OK, the SunPlum PL F6 I'm trying to attach a pic, if I can't I'll webpost it. ... wait...

This plant can't be over 18-21 inches! It's at location #2, Jerry's! If all my plants survive here at home, my plant may be a little taller it's hard to tell because it's already in a bucket 12-13 inches tall, so maybe an illusion. But this one pictured is a few miles away in the burbs.

I think that's Brussel Sprouts in the background, but you can count how many squares of galv. CRW it is tall...

How big are those fruits? What I've gotten from SunPlum PL both times are fruits that are usually at least 3/4 the size of Jaune Flammee. I'm not much for weighing, so can't give you a number in grams or ounces.

Forgot to take a picture this year of either the plant or the fruit, but I will measure my plant tomorrow to get a more exact height #. It's pretty much close to dead, but still hasn't been pulled.

Edit - I did take a picture after all. Duh. Also, measured plant - 4 1/2' tall.

Ami, could you link or post pics here of your Kelloggs West Virginia? I think you had a thread on it last summer.

A big thanks to Suze for taking care of some of my requests when I had personal matters to tend to, as well as growing the SunPlums and Marizol Korney!

Carolyn, if you read this, please take note of the Kelloggs Breakfast heart cross results. I know it was a small sampling but so far got RL & PL reds and RL pink. Not sure which to pursue...
