Default Cultivar: Lankan Sour

Hello,

Has anyone heard of, has experience with, or general information on the cultivar Lankan Sour?

I am becoming interested in heat and humidity tolerant varieties more and more.

Thanks,
Evan Lewis

An internet search turned up nothing, for me.

It sounds like the tomato is from Sri Lanka, near India. I have no experience, myself, with varieties from India. But a few gardeners have told me that such varieties are usually very "different" from tomatoes that we're used to. These varieties are generally used for cooking purposes only. They can be very tart, very sour, very strong tasting, etc...
