Default Tomato need help identifying disease insect ?

Hi all,
I am growing some Big Dena tomatoes hydroponically and I am seeing some white stuff on the leaves and some of them have a hairy look to it.
Can anyone tell me what they think this is ,insect virus or other.
Could it be mealy bugs?
Thanks
