Can ID these hot peppers?

I have two that I can't recall. The first is small red knobbly pepper - very hot.

The second is a larger bullet shaped red pepper with a nipple. I believe it is a scorpion I got in Trinidad, but not sure.

OK, I found the first one in my notes. It is the Kpakpo pepper from Ghana, normally used green for pepper salsas.
