Anyone grow Carbon Copy last year??..
How did it do? I grew F5 a few years back and I'm considering it for my cherry again this year with what I assume would be F9?
The only issue I had with it was the cracking when we had our late afternoon downpours. Just couldn't keep up with it. I remember it tasting wonderful WHEN she got ripe though. And I love my Blacks! Greg |

Ron's Carbon Copy
I grew it last year. Great taste. Had the same cracking problem you did, but will grow it again this year.

Last year, in a container, it had no cracking but not as productive as other cherries. Delicious though and a strong plant with trusses that kept growing.

I grew it in 2017 from F7 seeds. Fairly sweet, but tasty; slightly less complex than larger blacks in flavor, but the plant was really manageable for a cherry tomato, which is a plus. The fruit did have a tendency to crack, but picking a bit underripe before rain and heatwaves helped. The color was a beautiful dusky purple... The plant tended to attract more hornworms than nearby varieties, but I'd definitely grow it again sometime.

I did last year and I will grow it again this year. One of my favorites for flavor. Cracking is a problem sometimes
