Default Golf Ball Size Hail Pest

Most of my tomato plants had their tops knocked off by a swarm of golf ball size hail Monday night. What is the usual prognosis for this sort of damage?

About all you can do is carefully remove the dead or dying, snapped off foliage best you can, and let the plants heal. They will tend to put on new growth surprisingly fast, no extra fertilizer necessary (leave 'em alone).

Good luck.
