Default San Remo, Pompeii, and Pompeii Roma F1 tomatoes

A member asked in a private forum for information about the San Remo tomato. I did some research and answered, but I thought we needed a post here where the whole Internet could see it (for tomato research purposes).

Anyway, it appears that San Remo is probably the same variety as Pompeii. Whether or not they're the same, they both appear to be open-pollinated versions of Pompeii Roma F1. Renee's Garden sells the F1 hybrid, while Marianna's Heirloom Seeds and an Etsy store sell San Remo, and Reimer Seeds sells Pompeii (OP).
