spereira Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Mar 2015 Location: northern MN Posts: 26	kim chi My wife and I love kim chi..we are going to try growing napa cabbage in the garden and making our own. I would imagine that kim chi would need to be refrigerated..there by limiting the amount we can put up. Anyone have any experience in preserving Kim chi?
