Default Tiny Black spots on branches

I have noticed these tiny black spots on some of the branches of my coyote tomato plant after heavy rains. It's been 3 days since the rains stopped and the weather is sunny. Leaves and overall plant are still super healthy. Is this an early stage of some disease? I have lot of white flies in the garden.

Mine looked like that when I had baby thrips. I put out a blue sticky trap and then took the trap to the extension office to verify.
