Quick thanks for the fast replies to my question. I chose not to get the lights, as I now think there are things I haven't been doing (fertilization, fans, stronger lights) that I could be. I will peruse the forums here to learn more about how I can make my seedlings stronger and healthier. I appreciate the help.
