Default Piment d'espelette SLOWWWWW...

I am pretty new to pepper growing. Has anyone grown this French pepper? I started 10 pepper varieties 2/10. All are up with true leaves now, except this one. How long should I wait?

We've grown it, it is an awesome pepper and well worth the effort. My original seed was slow starting and we only got one plant to fruit and set seed that year. The following year, our fresh seed started easily. Unfortunately my seed is a few years old now, don't know if it will sprout or nay.
BTW it is not french, it is from the Basques country of Spain.

Germinate the seeds in a damp paper towel and place the paper towel in a plastic bag. Place in a warm spot and they'll germinate much faster.

I don't know what BTW stands for, I'll just say Espelette is on the French side of the boarder between France and Spain, the basque province is spread over both countries. This variety is quite popular in France, if you don't trust your seeds don’t hesitate to pm me. I have already sent to North America seeds from another variety grown not far from this area but mostly known by experts. If anyone needs help no hesitatation allowed !

let me suggest the visit of the following links, you don't have to know French to understand what it is about.
