There is this very attractive Asian lady who works in my neighborhood laundry. One day I took a few things there to be dry-cleaned.

I was a little taken aback when the lady, in her most demure voice, whispered to me, “Say, do you have any hang-up?”

I Stammered, “ Well, I do have a few, but are you sure you ------------------------“

“Please do return some, we are running short of hang-ups. Customers often don’t return them! “

That reminds me of the considerable confusion my friend Bubba encountered when the lady at the Chinese restaurant was trying to ask him "You want a fork?"

Looks like you, dcarch, have been taking her hang ups. Try taking her some tomatoes and see what happens. I'd suggest Delicious, Big Zac, and Big Beef. Oh, and show her the hot glue gun while you're at it.
