spacing on dwarf varieties
Hi I have several dwarf varieties. Citron compact, Costal Pride Orange (2-3 ft tall), and Lime Green Salad. I have containers to grow 2 of each in. Was wondering if I was to place more in garden about how much space would they take between plants?

A small plant's worth of space in the ground is plenty. I grew
2 Demidov in an 18-gal Rubbermaid tote made into an HEB last year. They were tight but not really overcrowded. Yours could probably get by with 2' between plants in the ground. (I would want 3-4' for indeterminates and semi-determinates, and even some determinates that I have grown easily use up that much lateral space, too). Edit: Here is a picture of Dwarves from the Dwarf Project in Craig's driveway in July 2007. That should give you a good idea of how much space they take up: http://www.tomatoville.com/attachmen...8&d=1181305687

Thanks alot dice! I was wondering if 2 foot would be enough. I think I am going with 3.5 average foot between indeterminates.
