Default Pepper seedlings

i'm trying to remember from when I last grew peppers from seed...

Have you seen a tendency for the two cotyledon leaves to stick together for days? This seems to be happening only in one of the types I'm growing, a sweet yellow pepper called Petit Marseillais. On one of the bigger ones, I got them very wet and gently worked them apart. Two smaller seedlings have this issue. Will they likely work themselves apart as they grow? I've done a stuck seed coat on tomatoes, but this has no seed coat, just two leaves clapped tightly together.

The one I helped un-stick is looking ok, though it still hasn't furled its leaves completely out. They're definitely progressing slower than the toms.
