Lunch was a toasted chicken sandwich with Duke's mayo, dinner is still not anything for sure, LOL!

I had a baloney sandwich no frills lunch with water and just had plain egg and toast for supper.

For dinner, we had a Subway Club. Between my messed up health and way too many other factors - it made for the best choice. Our 15,000 BTU window unit is acting up and it happens to be in the kitchen.

My health kept me from going grocery shopping - or going outside for more than a couple minutes - or being able to stand without becoming dizzy. Yet tomorrow, I need to remove that 15,000 BTU unit and thoroughly wash out the sand and silt that has blown into it stopping it up.

That should fix it for the rest of this year. I will be so glad to go back to cooking again. Jan bought all but the sirloin to make stroganoff soon. I have to get the AC fixed first.

Hope you get to feeling better soon Salt.

Dinner was black bean taco's and dessert was the last of that watermelon off the vine. Yum!
