I would assume you are asian but I don't know where from.

Maybe northern China?
I don't want to insult you by assuming, as I know this can be a touchy subject.

I like Hunan cooking if it is hot.

These mushroom peppers and the Jamaican hot red and yellows would be great for this.

Chop them up fine and mix in with the food right before serving.

They would also work well in hot and sour soup with fresh ginger and steamed dumplings.

American food.

Cut in half remove seeds chop up and rub on ribs along with brown sugar chili powder garlic powder and a little salt.

Then slow BBQ.

Salsa is another choice.

Put on a hamburger.

I really have no idea what you eat.

Starry I lived in Thailand for 3 years, i was in school 1st and second grade there. So i have been eating Thai food for all these years and my wife loves it. Marko from Slovenia sent me and others here sent seeds of Onions, sweet Peppers and others from his country to us. This is my start for nice peppers i and others here love the red Elephant ones Sloveria OVO, I got Thai Bird seed last year and Pepperadew i started growing last year. Someone here possibly Ted sent me these hot seeds i posted the pictures yesterday. So this my first time growning them , i started them early here Fred 20th took 30 days to germinate and grow really slow.i have never saved pepper plants before i herd they dont like to be moved, dug up, touch the roots. I will look for ways to save fruit this year i did see that i could freeze them as they ripen we do make salsa and i like heat in tomato sauce. My wife loves hot Thai soup,I dont have many friend which want these hot ones. And i think Ted gave me some really hot ones. I could mail some to anyone?

Well I don't really eat rats but I do eat rare meat.

This is something my parents considered taboo so I picked it up on my own.

I remember my mother being horrified when she saw me eat rare steak.

My father told her it was the german in me coming out.

One time I orderd a rare steak and a woman at a table next to us started gagging and making a big deal out of it.

I thought this was a little over the top.

I got my wife to eat rare meat by having her eat it in the dark.

Great to see you on the forum. I was in BGK a few weeks ago and picked up some small bright orange peppers at the grocery store. The seedlings from those seeds are now 4 inches high and almost ready to set out. Also got some small red peppers at restaurant in Sukhumvit and those seedlings are ready to set out.

I am well practiced at saving seeds from my dinner plates, and growing the peppers when I get home. I got some Vietnam tiny red peppers from a bowl of pho noodles in the Old Quarter in Ha Noi. Ten seedlings now potted up.

I guess it is like buying dinner and seeds at the same time.
