You can get it made however you want. I had a western bacon cheeseburger when we were evacuated, but you wouldn't want to change that one. Maybe someone here could recommend the perfect burger to only add mayo condiment to. Haven't had Carl's for 15 years before that. We don't have one here.

Tonight, rotisserie chicken ( shopping day) that will end up as fodder for the stockpot. I was hungry when I got home from the Grocery Cart so ate a banana, then did some more running, ate another banana, then finally had some chicken! Odd diet tonight!

I treated myself to pho tonight. There's a shop near the Kroger I've been wanting to try. My goodness there's a lot of stuff in one of them bowls. Shrimp, fake crab, sprouts, cilantro, sliced peppers, mint tops, etc. and of course the rice noodles and yummy broth. Hope they stay in business.

Looks good, Rajun, and I like boiled okra, too, just won't look at the bottom of the bowl!!

Since I am canning tonight, may cheat and have a Sonic chicken fried steak sandwich - nasty, bad for me, but oh so tasty!

Also having boiled taters and butter.
I have two more thighs to fry after these four get out.
I should have used the bigger cast iron skillet.

I can see fried chicken burritos with a good hot sauce. I did chicken wings and still crave them.

Tonight i pulled a lasagna out of the fridge and have just enough left for breakfast. Made garlic bread with poboy buns and tore it up. I didn't eat this alone and we had a Degiorno pizza too.

YUM! Fried chicken. Starting to really enjoy that but I don't eat the skins. I still dislike frying it though.

Looks delicious Worth, thighs are my favorite part of the chicken, after the liver and gizzard.
