My wife and daughter just finished making salsa out of 100 pounds of heirloom tomatoes, you'll notice the jars that we use,we no longer use kerr or ball jars, with these you never have to buy seals or lids again, plus they have snap on plastic lids so they are great for putting leftovers in the fridge, we bought a whole pallet load several years ago and have never looked back!

Amazing. Looks great.
What is the shelf life of stuff canned in Weck jars? Is it the same as the Kerr/Ball jars?

I been Missing you, Amen!! The Weck Jars to me have the same shelf life. I Process Grape Muscadine Jelly years ago and it still O K. Last night I took Spaghetti Squash and baked it for 30 minutes, let it cool down and put it on my Salad with Texas wild Cherry Tomatoes and Salsa, with cheese. It was delicious Very good.

I'll try to get it together for you. You'll have to have a vitamix to make this soup because we blend everything together so that you end up with a creamy rich delicious soup with absolutely no trace of seeds or skins,it's wonderful tasting soup!

Here's the recipe finally, hope that you can read it,it's kinda faint,it doesn't say on there how long to blend it in the vitamix but you blend it on high for about 50 seconds. We're making another 100 lb. batch again today.
