Default Need advice - dirt and fert for indoor growing

Hi there,
My two seedlings for my indoor growout (New Big Dwarf and a dwarfish paste called German Lineage) are 5 weeks old and at some point soon will need to be transplanted from their little pots into their "big boy pants". My question for all you indoor winter growers is: what growing medium should I use for that, and what fertilizer?

The seedlings were germinated in Pro-Mix and were also transplanted into their cups in Pro-Mix. I've given them one drink of 1/4 strength Miracle Grow Tomato Food but I want something better for my little guys going forward. I also have no idea how often I will have to fertilize them - I've only grown from seed to transplant outside.

My husband built a "tomato closet" for me which I've lined with mylar emergency blankets for reflectiveness, but I haven't put the plants in there yet since they are so small - they are still just under one grow light.

One of these days I will post a "diary" thread with lots of pics...

Any advice is appreciated!
