Sounds like the two butt packs they sell at our local Costco. Hopefully that's what you'll find when you open it up.

I know the whole Texas thing about chili with beans is taboo to some there. I also feel the same about tomatoes in certain dishes.

But sometimes you have to expand. I made gumbo with tomatoes when I was stationed in Norfolk, Va. I even used canned okra and kielbasa.

It wasn't right and made me feel like I was breaking tradition like Gordon was screaming at me.
Are you talking about Pat's Hot Dogs in Tucson? I've eaten there many times, Awsum dogs!
4 places you have to eat at when in Tucson:
El Charro ( for their Carne Seca made from dried beef that they hang in cages on their roof to dry)
Marisco's Chihuahua (Best Mexican seafood ever, ceviche, whole red snapper, stuffed bacon wrapped shimp)
Lil Abner's (Ever have a 32oz Porterhouse cooked outdoors over mesquite as you watch?)
Pat's Hot Dogs (Great dogs and Awsum fries)

Now I'm hungry...

I've never seen pat's. I was talking about the chain hot dog restaurants. Their outdoor signs always started with the word "authentic" like authentic New Jersey or New York or Philadelphia Hot Dogs. I never saw one that said authentic Texas Hot Dogs. I suppose if I was in New Jersey, New York, or Pedophilia; I would probably see Authentic Texas Hot Dogs advertised. One thing most of them had in common was a sign inside which said "we refuse to serve ketchup with our hot dogs".

My daughter in law said that's what it looked like when she put it in the slow cooker. (Like they pressed two butts together) is how she explained it
I was busy with my brother at the time she loaded the slow cooker. There's so many vegies that I can't see the meat.

Here are the fancy biscuits with three eggs pineapple spread and my sausage fingers.
The sausage fingers have three drops of ghost pepper sauce on each one and the eggs are sprinkled with chili powder salt and black pepper.
